Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited is a BVI business company with registered number 1628508 and registered office at Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ("WIHL").

Following the demerger of BCB Holdings Limited's ("BCBHL") non-Belizean business in October 2011, WIHL became the holding company for the non-Belizean businesses including British Caribbean Bank Limited ("BCB") and BCBHL's interests in its Latin American associates, which is comprised of Corporacion Iberoamericana Alimentaria, S.A., Tower Strategic Ltd., Mesocafta International S.A. and BVI International Holdings Inc., companies operating in the edible oil and related products business sector in Latin America (together "Latin American Associates").

BCB is one of the largest financial institutions in TCI where it provides lending and deposit facilities together with a range of other banking services to domestic and international customers. Its assets comprise principally loans with a high concentration in asset backed lending to the tourism and property development sectors. BCB has one of the strongest balance sheets among the banks operating in TCI.

The Latin American Associates own edible oil processing and distribution operations and palm seed plantations in Central America and operate as producers and distributors of edible oils, margarine, industrial oils and animal feed in Costa Rica. The Latin American Associates have been in operation for over 50 years and have an experienced, long established management team. The profits of the Latin American Associates are principally driven by world market prices for crude palm oil which have held up well in recent times. WIHL currently owns approximately 25 per cent of the shares of the Latin American Associates.
