Caroline van Scheltinga
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Caroline van Scheltinga has held several leadership positions in New York's financial sector over the past 23 years, including: Head of Telecommunications Group in the Investment Banking Department of Jefferies & Company; Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of Lehman Brothers, both as co-founder of the Restructuring Group and co-head of the Emerging Telecom Sector in the Media and Communications Groups; and Vice President in the Investment Banking Department of Credit Suisse. Most recently Mrs. van Scheltinga founded and serves as Managing Director of Blocadi Capital, an international investment banking advisory firm. Mrs. van Scheltinga holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and is a graduate of Leiden University, Leiden, the Netherlands, where she obtained a Masters of Laws with honors.

Dean Charles Boyce
Deputy Chairman and Director
Dean Boyce is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in England & Wales, and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Henley Management College, U.K. Mr. Boyce has held a range of senior positions in companies operating in a number of countries around the world (Far East, Middle East, Europe and the Americas), in a wide variety of cultural and competitive environments. Responsibilities have included 25 years with the global telecommunications company, Cable & Wireless; and in more recent years the role of Executive Chairman of Belize Telemedia Limited, the largest telecommunications company in Belize, and the Receiver/ Manager of the Ambergris Cay Development in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Peter Gaze
Peter Gaze has been a director of WIHL since January 2011.  Mr. Gaze is also a director of BCB Holdings Limited ("BCBH") since March 2007. Mr. Gaze retired from his executive roles as Chief Financial Officer from both WIHL and BCBH in August 2015 and remains a Director of both entities in a non executive capacity. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having trained with the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. Prior to joining BCBH, he was the Group Financial Controller of ADT Limited from 1990 to 1997.

Stewart Howard
Director and Chief Financial Officer
Stewart Howard has over seventeen years of banking experience and has worked in varying fields in finance from Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Risk Management, Forex, Operations, Commercial & Retail Lending and Card Services. He started his career with Republic Bank Limited in Trinidad, in 2010 joined The Belize Bank Limited in Belize as Risk Manager later transferring to British Caribbean Bank Limited ("BCB") in Turks and Caicos as Credit Manager. In June 2012, Mr. Howard was appointed Managing Director of BCB. He is currently also President of the Banking Association on Turks and Caicos Islands. He has worked throughout the region including Trinidad, Barbados, Cuba, Belize and the Turks and Caicos Islands. He is a graduate of the Institute of Banking and Finance in addition to reading for Management and Finance at the University of West Indies where he graduated with 1st Class Honours.

Philip Osborne
Philip Osborne has been a director of WIHL since January 2011. Mr. Osborne has been a director of BCBH since February 2007 and has been Company Secretary of BCBH since 1993. Mr. Osborne is a Solicitor and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Before joining BCBH, Mr. Osborne worked as a legal adviser to the London Stock Exchange and The Securities Association in the United Kingdom and for the international law firms of Clifford Chance and S. J. Berwin & Co. He is also a member of the Belize Bar Association.

Margaret Osius
Director and Non-Executive Director of British Caribbean Bank Limited
Margaret Osius - founder and principal of Osius & Associates – has advised a variety of corporate and banking clients structuring green-field projects as well as facility upgrades in the oil and gas, power, transport, water and telecommunications sectors. Prior to establishing her own firm, she was with the Global Banking Division of J.P. Morgan Chase Manhattan Bank where she originated export and international project transactions and advised clients on risk management. She also has extensive experience with workout and distressed companies. She received an M.B.A. From INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and a B.A. Degree from Princeton University; she is a permanent member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Abner Peralta
Company Secretary
Abner Peralta has been the Company Secretary of the Company since May 2012. Mr. Peralta holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in England. Mr. Peralta was admitted to practice law in Belize in July 2015 and is a member of the Belize Bar Association. Mr. Peralta is also the Company Secretary for The Belize Bank Limited, the largest banking operation in Belize, and its subsidiary Belize Bank International Limited, a company authorised to conduct international banking business with international customers from Belize.
